Returns And Refunds

ITEM RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ITEM RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure customer satisfaction for any purchase from Jungle Fair. In the event that you would like to return your item, we have an easy guide to process your return easily and quickly. For non-custom orders, applicable items may be returned under the circumstances that all Terms and Conditions of our Return Policy are met. Please note all approved returns will be assessed a 30% Restocking Fee.

Before proceeding with sending any product(s) back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been accurately satisfied.

The product you wish to return:

  • can be sent back to us only after you have requested a return no more than five (5) days from receipt of delivery and the item has been approved for return
  • must begin transit back to our warehouse or studio no later than ten (10) days after the date of delivery
  • must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • must be sent back in its original packaging
  • must be returned as a complete order (an item sold as a set shall be returned as a set)

Once all of these conditions are satisfied, the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded, Sales Tax included (if applicable), less a 30% Restocking Fee and any original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost(s) associated with shipping any merchandise back to our warehouse or studio for all returns and exchanges.

We reserve the right to deny the issuing of any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

ITEM EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive an item and would like to exchange it for another item from the Jungle Fair, you have the option to proceed with an exchange. Exchanges are treated under the same Terms and Conditions as our Return Policy with the exception of incurring a Restocking Fee. If the exact conditions mentioned above in the Return Policy are satisfied, you are entitled to exchange your item for another item on our site and the 30% Restocking Fee will be waived.

We reserve the right to deny the issuing of any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

INTERIOR DESIGN REFUND POLICY

Phase Deposits paid by Client pursuant to the terms of Estimated Individual Budgetary Phases are due upon signature of Client’s agreement with Jungle Fair to initiate interior design services. All such deposits are non-refundable.

Interior Design Service Deposits, Installments, and Payments paid by Client pursuant to the terms of the Interior Design Agreement are due upon signature of Client’s agreement with Jungle Fair to initiate interior design services. Such deposits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny the issuing of any refund for returns of goods or services.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

RETURN PROCEDURE

After carefully reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated above regarding our Return and Exchange Policies, you may proceed with the following steps to action the return of your merchandise.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation email.

  • request to return an item no more than five (5) days from receipt of delivery by emailing support@junglefair.com or by reaching us through another method as listed in our Contact section of our site
  • granted you are within the policy guidelines, you will receive a return approval code within 1-2 days from the date of your return/exchange request
  • once you receive an approval code, the item(s) being returned must begin transit back to our studio no later than ten (10) days after the date of delivery
  • you are responsible for the cost(s) associated with shipping any merchandise back to our studio for all returns and exchanges
  • be certain to ensure that the merchandise is unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • place the merchandise in its original packaging and ship the item to us through a courier of your choice to the following PO Box address (we recommend insuring your shipment for the full retail value of the merchandise being shipped)

REFUNDS

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once your return is received back to our studio or warehouse and all outlined Terms and Conditions have been met, the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded, Sales Tax included (if applicable), less a 30% Restocking Fee and any original shipping costs.

Your return will be processed on the same day the merchandise is received back to our studio or warehouse. Refunds will only be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the Terms and Conditions listed, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund and the package will be redirected back to you.
